Code with KIBO! Robotics for Early Learners
Students will explore, play, and learn about foundational technology and engineering concepts through STEM activities such as KIBO Robots. Using sensors, outputs, lights, and motors, children will perform simple coding tasks to build and program their own robot creations. Children will love using their creative and critical thinking skills, imagination, and curiosity in this hands-on, active programming and robotics experience.
Take A Closer Look! Viewing the World Through Microscopes
Students become scientists while exploring everyday items and natural materials. Using multiple types of magnification, from simple magnifying glasses to high-powered microscopes, students will discover a spectacular hidden world that is invisible to the naked eye.
Can you design and build the fastest (or slowest?) miniature bobsled and race it down a track? This hands-on activity will help students experience the design cycle, from imagining to creating to testing and – most important – improving and doing it all over again!
