Please join us for a presentation on the innovation of school lunch by Dan Giusti, Whittle School & Studios Executive Chef in Residence. Following his career as Executive Chef at 1789 in Georgetown and Noma in Copenhagen (the number one restaurant in the world), Giusti founded Brigaid, a company dedicated to changing the standard of school lunches. Giusti will discuss his transition from working in a two-Michelin-star restaurant, to his philanthropic passion for revolutionizing school lunches. Furthermore, he will share the Whittle School & Studios philosophy on transforming the way students eat. Whittle School & Studios is committed to the impact that nutritious food has on the leaders of tomorrow.
