Megan was born in South Korea and grew up in Northern Virginia, where she attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. She graduated from Emory University, where she majored in History, with a focus on East Asia. After spending a year in Hunan, China teaching English, she returned to the DC area to work in international student admission and recruitment. She gained experience placing Chinese students at U.S. private schools throughout the east coast. Enriched by her international background and experiences, she is thrilled by the potential for Whittle students to pursue cultural immersion and programs at all ages.
